Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation and Follow up Visits
Initial evaluations are 1:1 sessions with our Physical Therapist who will perform a full assessment to determine the cause of your symptoms and develop an individualized treatment plan based on your goals. This session also includes treatment targeted toward your established goals and recommendations you can begin implementing until your next session.
Follow up visits are 1:1 treatments sessions that are a follow up to the initial evaluation which includes education, manual techniques (soft tissue mobilization, IASTM, passive range of motion, and active release technique), and therapeutic exercises/activities to help decrease your symptoms and achieve your goals. Modalities such as heat/ice and the Normatec compression system may also be

Dry Needling Session
30 min session focused therapeutic dry needling to a specific area. This is also typically followed by soft tissue mobilization to enhance recovery.
